CNC Departments
The "Vertical" Machining Center Department has 10 late model CNC machines.
The small to medium cores, mold components and cavities are machined in this
department. This area also has drilling and milling capabilities.
Two overhead cranes serve this bay.
The "Bar" department is a group of late model CNC high speed milling and
drilling machines complimented by manual machines. We offer high
removal rates of steel on large blocks to 20 tons with great accuracy.
The Engineering department aids the CNC's in manufacturing with accurate
cutter paths to cut any complex shape and utilize the rotating tables of the
CNC boring bars. These same machines cut all the large cores and
cavities.
